When you instruct NPP to manage your property, we waive our management fee for your first three months. You still receive the same fully managed service — you simply don't pay the management fee during that period. The offer applies to new management instructions.
After your free period ends, your account moves to our standard management fee — 10% + VAT for Fully Managed, or 12% + VAT for Management Plus, depending on the package you choose.
Fully Managed is 10% + VAT of monthly rental income plus a one-off £500 let fee. Management Plus is 12% + VAT plus a one-off £600 let fee and includes rent & legal protection cover. Both come with your first three months free.

Yes. Our onboarding team handles the handover directly with your existing agent, including serving any required notice, so you don't have to manage the process yourself.
